Shipping Information:

We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Handpicked items typically ship within 1-2 business days and are shipped here within the United States so should arrive to your destination within 3-5 business days. Handmade items are done in house so typically ship within 3-5 business days and should arrive to their destinations in another 3-5 business days. Please be patient with us we're a small company not Amazon Prime. For holidays, anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, or special occasions we suggest ordering in advance to make sure your love ones get their gifts in time. If you're shopping close to a specific date, email us first with the day you need it by maybe we can accommodate you. 

Return & Refund Policy:

We package all our orders with extreme care, expecting the best but preparing for the worst. We cannot be held responsible for what happens in transit when it leaves the shop. Due to the nature and delicacy of some of the items, at this moment we're not accepting any returns but we may issue a refund. Refunds are offered on a case-by-case basis, and should be processed within 3 days of receiving the item. If you believe your purchase qualifies for a refund, please contact us.
